This warning was posted on the embassy's official website. «There is a continuing threat of missile and drone attacks over Kuwait. Do not go outside,» the statement said. The embassy also noted that its staff are required to shelter in place. «Shelter in your residences on lower floors, away from windows. Do not travel to the embassy,» diplomats added. Earlier, air raid sirens were heard in Kuwait City, with authorities stating they had intercepted an unknown number of drones.
